The next SEO opportunity isn't on Google. It's inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

As AI becomes a primary discovery channel, marketers face a new challenge: understanding why some brands get recommended while others never appear.

In this free AI Visibility Certification, Michał Sadowski, CEO of Brand24, shares the exact frameworks behind AI recommendations.

The same frameworks have helped brands increase AI traffic by up to 693% and generate $20M+ in revenue.

📲 Meta is about to track more of your audience LINK
  • Meta is removing its "Off-Facebook Activity" privacy feature in July, ending the option that let people disconnect their web and app activity shared by businesses from being tied to their Facebook account.
  • The company says it is merging two overlapping settings into one expanded "Activity from other businesses" control, and that regardless of the choice, businesses may still send Meta activity data that it can anonymize or use to improve products.
  • Meta tracks people across the web through "Like" and "Share" buttons, "pixel" tracking cookies, and embeds of Facebook and Instagram posts, while browsers like Safari and Firefox already block some of that tracking by default.
🍪 Browser-level cookie consent just got killed LINK
  • The EU Council's position paper from 18 June 2026 stripped the Digital Omnibus of Article 88b, the rule that would have swapped cookie consent banners for an automated browser signal, following heavy industry lobbying led by Google.
  • The dropped Article 88b would have let users set their tracking choices once at browser or wallet level, with controllers required to respect those signals after 24 months and non-SME browser providers building the technical capability within 48 months.
  • A March 2026 study by Implement Consulting Group, made for Google, estimated browser-level consent would cut consent rates by 60 to 65 per cent and cost European businesses between EUR 40 billion and EUR 50 billion in yearly advertiser revenue.
📱 Short dramas are out-engaging Netflix for marketers LINK
  • Short drama apps are holding viewers' attention longer than streaming services, with ReelShort users in the US averaging 35.7 minutes of daily viewing in 2025 against Netflix mobile at 24.8 minutes.
  • The format recorded 2.3 billion global downloads in 2025, and installs grew 238% year-over-year in Q1 2026, with sessions rising even faster at 679% as users returned repeatedly instead of dropping off.
  • More than 700 companies were advertising short drama apps monthly by the end of 2025, with creatives per advertiser up 145%, while 67% of app marketers said they were advertising or interested in testing the channel.
🛒 Commerce media is escaping retail's walls LINK
  • Commerce media is spreading well past retail, as airlines, hotel groups and banks now copy the retail media playbook and build advertising businesses around their first-party customer data, according to The Trade Desk's Jeff Daniel.
  • These networks are growing more consultative, asking advertisers what they want to achieve and building plans that mix onsite media, owned channels, offsite programmatic and measurement, rather than just selling inventory inside proprietary tools.
  • The flexibility reaches new physical touchpoints like in-store digital screens, airline seat-back entertainment, hotel room connected TVs and audio, with the main task now being to stitch these into one consumer journey toward purchase.

Strategies & Tactics

> How to build a 120-minute weekly SEO workflow that gets results: Spend two focused hours each week making one or two high-leverage SEO changes instead of auditing everything and shipping nothing.
> Search Console’s New AI Data Is a Start: Cross-reference Search Console's new AI impression data with traffic reports to find high-traffic pages lacking AI visibility and well-cited pages lacking clicks.
> The most valuable AI skill takes 10 minutes a week: Spend ten minutes a week testing genuinely new AI tools, since the skill of directing AI matters more than loyalty to any platform.
> Where synthetic data fits into customer research: Use AI-generated synthetic audiences to test messages and concepts early where real data is scarce, then validate findings against real customers.
> AI search is driving customers. Can you measure it? by CallRail: Measure AI search the way you track other channels by capturing when callers name a platform like ChatGPT in their journey.
> AI Forces Affiliates to Innovate or Die: As AI search erodes affiliate traffic, commerce publishers use AI to unify reporting and scale targeted content, becoming better partners for merchants.
